Training for psychologists "Practice of diagnosis, assistance and treatment for PTSD"

Within the framework of the training, a group of psychologists have been trained to work with persons who have experienced post-traumatic stress disorder. It is a mental state disorder that can develop after a traumatic event. Today, both military and civilians are going through a significant traumatic experience in connection with the military aggression of the Russian Federation. If not addressed timely and properly, serious consequences not only for the health of an individual, but also the society as a whole may occur.

Trainers are Oleksandr Kudinov, practical psychologist, PTSD treatment practitioner and trainer and Hryhoriy Vagapov, PTSD treatment practitioner.

Co-organizers of the training are FES-Ukraine and the Family, Youth and Sports Department of the Zhytomyr City Council.
